Biography
Mrs Esther Jegu is counsel in chambers at Amuwa Olatunde & Company.
She graduated from the University of Jos, Plateau State, in 1991 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. She has more than twenty-four years of experience in private legal practice.
She works with the firm’s litigation team and advises clients across the firm’s general practice.
Chambers
Head of Practice and founder of the firm. Called to the Nigerian Bar in October 1987 and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), he leads the firm's litigation, arbitration and advisory work across its Abuja, Makurdi and Lafia offices.
Counsel in chambers. A graduate of Benue State University, Makurdi, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019, and a member of the firm since 2021, working on its litigation and advisory matters.
Senior Associate Counsel with five years' post-call experience, practising in commercial and property law, intellectual property, labour law and digital technology law — in litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and business advisory work.
