Ameh Martins Ameh, Esq. is an Associate at Amuwa Olatunde & Co., Makurdi, Benue State, with a practice focused on Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Property & Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Solid Minerals & Mining Law.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2023, Ameh has over three years of post-call experience advising and representing individuals, businesses, landowners and other clients across a range of contentious and transactional matters.
His litigation practice includes representation before the High Court, Magistrate Courts and Customary Courts, particularly in matters involving recovery of premises, land and tenancy disputes, and commercial claims. He also provides transactional and regulatory advice on land transactions, tenancy arrangements, deeds of assignment, agreements for the sale of land, CAC registrations, and regulatory compliance within the mining sector under the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act, 2007.
